What causes conflict in relationships?

Communication is the method of getting it out there. Too often communicating in the relationship means argument, this causes tension and as a result, communication is avoided completely. Communicating the wrong way can cause further conflict in the relationship.

Conflict in a relationship is virtually inevitable. Conflict isn’t a problem; how it’s handled, however, can bring people together or tear them apart. Poor communication skills, disagreements, and misunderstandings can be a source of anger and distance or a springboard to a stronger relationship and a happier future.
